What Our Pilgrims Say
Everything was managed properly from the day we left Bikaner. The hotel in Madinah was close enough that my father could walk to Fajr on his own, and the food was ghar jaisa — that mattered more than I expected.
My mother is 68 and this was her first time on a plane. Someone from the group stayed with her at Jeddah and again at every Ziyarat. That is the reason I would send my family with them again.
